In this role, you will assist the General Manager in achieving successful operations at a location including production, sales, customer service, inventory management, delivery, human resources, safety and administrative activities. Plans and directs these functions in order to meet operational and financial goals for the location.
The selected candidate will lead the JSF Program Management Office for Aftermarket to conduct regular UTAS Program reviews, which will include performance of delivery, Repair Turn Around Time (RTAT), Aftermarket Review Board and EIS Standard Work, PBL/OSS performance, Proposal status, MFA, etc.
The General Manager oversees all aspects of the operation and coordinates/administers the propertys policies and procedures as defined by ownership and/or company. Major responsibilities include (but are not limited to) implementing and monitoring the budget, hiring, training and supervising all key staff members, monitoring the quality of the propertys products and services, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and securing the propertys assets, including facilities and equipment.
In this role, the selected candidate will engage accounts at all levels (including VP and C level) to understand strategic objectives and operational priorities and communicate Xerox value proposition.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for general management of an account/unit providing two or more core services (Core Services of: Facilities/engineering, food or custodial Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
