The Imaging Service Engineer II works independently on a regular basis, performing assigned maintenance, installation, repairs, adjustments, and calibrations of imaging equipment in assigned geography. Performs administrative functions as assigned by the Imaging Services Director.
In this role, you will provide high quality application and service support on the X-ray product line. Travel throughout the geographical market to install, repair, upgrade equipment and train customers.
The Quality Engineer Outage Services will support the Quality System needs of the Outage Services Division and provide a resource for developing and implementing good Quality practices while supporting the Divisions overall business objectives.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for key account customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge while providing specialized installations, repair service, preventative maintenance, training and on-going support at key hospitals throughout the region of medical imaging hardware with a software / server interface.
The individual will work with technical publications for initiation, planning, and coordination of Service Bulletins, Service Information Letters, and Component Maintenance Manuals, and with the Customer Response Center (CRC) to address in service technical/AOG issues in an appropriately responsive manner for assigned aircraft systems and products.
