The Director of Manufacturing and Engineering Operations position oversees management of all area of manufacturing and engineering to produce products and direct activities so that approved products and engineered and manufactured on schedule and within quality standards and cost objectives.
Develop of the go to market strategy for the all Enterprise product areas including value propositions, messages, positioning statements and commercial insights. Identify product-specific applications and develop target customer user personas and profiles.
The Sr. Business Project Program Mgr. supports the business by recommending appropriate actions, strategies and/or alternatives to meet business needs. Has responsibility for leading/managing all aspects of a project and or program such as planning, coordination, development, implementation including the financial implications while prioritizing work, resources and time.
Direct business services resources that provide strategy development, process design and control, project support, and implementation of key initiatives in support of enterprise senior sales leadership.
Establish collaborative relationships with Marketing through frequent communication and interaction to understand needs and optimize the effectiveness of the Marketing Operations group in operationally supporting the Commercial organization; Ultimately evolve the function to strategic partner status with brand teams.
Provides timely medical recommendations on plans for a program of studies designed for submission, defending proposals that achieve the optimal balance of meeting commercialization and regulatory needs while sensitive to business objectives.
Develop and maintain product line strategies, with a depth of understanding of the future state vision for the line and how it supports Individual Life Insurances strategic direction; you will define objectives and market value propositions at the line, product, and initiative level.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for improving talent quality and ensuring hiring needs are met, including expanding external networks and recruiting sources, managing Talent Acquisition time to fill, and reducing the cost of recruiting.
