The Associate Director will be responsible for developing, implementing and monitoring the impact of the HCP Disease Campaign. The incumbent will collaborate with key stakeholders in global marketing, sales, diagnostics, and medical to both ensure alignment of tactics and to maximize the potential of the Strensiq launch.
The Director, Global Neurology Marketing drives development of core strategies and tactics to support development, launch and acceleration of the Neurology business across all markets. The Director is responsible for creating strategic direction and tactical tools that will be executed across all markets and work closely with in-country and regional marketing leads to track pull-through, measure impact and address challenges.
Collaborate with and advise other functions (e.g. customer marketing, communications, digital commerce, customer care) to define the nature of, and desired outcomes from, digital experiences for primary audience categories (e.g. customers, prospects, partners, sales, investors).
The Director, Marketing Analytics and Reporting leads the development and oversees the implementation of strategies for marketing data collection, analysis and reporting to measure marketing performance and inform business strategies.
The Associate Director, US Marketing PNH will work with the Senior Director, US Marketing PNH to create HCP strategy, including creation and implementation of tactics and tools that align with global brand strategy for HCP audiences.
Develop of the go to market strategy for the all Enterprise product areas including value propositions, messages, positioning statements and commercial insights. Identify product-specific applications and develop target customer user personas and profiles.
Leads the development and execution of a comprehensive North American marketing program working closely with sales and the brand teams to develop and execute strategies that support the overall business objectives.
