Lead the Global Events Exhibit Operations Team responsible for event operations, service delivery and fulfilment for our Exhibit clients supporting over-achievement of annual revenue (USD 160 million).
Identifies prioritized accounts, provides analysis, tools, and customer insight to Sales, develops sales enablement tools, assists Sales in winning business and maximizing retention of high risk and high growth opportunity accounts through tools and analytics.
Provide detailed requirements to operations, it and network systems infrastructure teams to support the development of new unified communications and voice connectivity product features and capabilities.
Develop and own the HR Operations road map with continued focus on streamlining and automating business processes to create a value added HR organization that can effectively support our growing business.

Develop relationships at both senior management and buyer levels in order to drive profitable revenue growth through the development and execution of collaborative go-to-market plans with key retailers.
Develop of the go to market strategy for the all Enterprise product areas including value propositions, messages, positioning statements and commercial insights. Identify product-specific applications and develop target customer user personas and profiles.
This role is responsible for leading, managing and directing the Market Development related activities for Textile Applications. He/she will work with the leadership team to identify, document and execute a growth strategy for the business.
