As the Financial Services Sales Representative, you will build and maintain business relationships with advisors who market our products and services in order to meet or exceed established individual and team sales goals and help the advisor provide the right solutions to their clients.
The position is also responsible for preparing client reports and paperwork, maintaining client contact to provide or obtain updated information, scheduling of meetings between clients and Lead Advisors, responding to client requests, and troubleshooting client problems.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering incoming telephone calls from potential volunteers and patients responding to advertisements.
Takes incoming calls and makes outreach calls to volunteers to engage them in the particiaption of a clinical trial. Follows an IRB approved script and maintains the volunteers confidentiality.
