Serve as Contracts Representative to the Program Office Integrated Product Team and provide guidance, interpretation, advice and counsel to the Integrated Product Teams and Program management, regarding Contract matters.
The ideal candidate will act as the the primary interface with Customers' Buying functions. Must possess excellent negotiating skills, and be prepared to adequately communicate the company's negotiation positions.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide contract management of specified standard and nonstandard contracts from early involvement with developing the scope of work, RFP process, contract negotiation, through contract award and contract maintenance.
Review and acknowledgements, flow down of contract requirements, identification of contract and business risk, accounts receivable monitoring/reporting, audit support and contract closeout, as well as company initiatives including continuous improvement, standard work, and business financial goals.
