In this role, you will monitors NERC Reliability Standards of the Bulk Electric System, as well as NPCC Compliance Monitoring and Enforcement Program ( CMEP ), to ensure NSTAR operations and compliance documentation remains in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Working in a dynamic environment, the person in this role will partner with the business to enable strategies which maximize cost recovery, limit regulatory burden, and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to compliance and controls.
The ComplianceSpecialist has responsibility for the maintenance of charting tools and forthe release of ASO and fully insured regulatory filed/approved language toproduction matrix partners in an efficient, timely and compliant manner.
Manage and support the global external regulatory compliance inspections, responses, and action implementation follow up. Support internal audits by acting as an auditor or driving completion of audit actions when required.
In this role, you will work with Production Units to move filed and approved language into production. Negotiates directly with state regulators (involves Compliance, Government Affairs and supporting attorneys as appropriate)
