Works closely with senior level medical staff (Chief Medical Officer, Vice Presidents of Medical Affairs and Chiefs of Medical Staff) to identify ways to enhance medical staff communications. Supports service line initiatives as assigned and helps develop and execute marketing collateral and communication request.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing various financial, compliance, and operational audits in accordance with accepted professional standards in order to determine compliance with institutional policies and procedures and adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
This Senior Manager will lead Customer Communication projects in planning and implementation of marketing, product, programming and related communications strategies to support customer growth, customer retention and revenue objectives.
This position will be responsible for developing, leading, renovating and innovating (where applicable) the strategy for all communication channels and programs with ReadyRefresh, with a critical focus on frontline employee engagement and connectivity to company information.
