In this role, you will be responsible for the development, implementation, and management of base salary and variable pay policies and programs based on business needs and by using best practice information.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and maintain standard operating procedures for all areas of payroll and benefits and direct programs for regulatory/compliance issues (ADA, COBRA, EEOC, FMLA and ERISA).
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for weekly payroll processing, maintenance of employee files, employee benefit administration and calculation as well as payroll tax reconciliation.
In this position, you will design, implementation, administration, training, communication and systems supporting global compensation programs and practices including salary planning, annual incentives, long-term equity, sales compensation, job grade and job description structure, and other compensation related matters.
The successful candidate will be expected to act as a business partner and subject matter expert around compensation; oversee administration of the annual salary planning, short-term, and long-term incentive processes.
