Command of the business portfolio including products, revenue in whole and by products, pricing and profitability. Identify and execute actions within owned product lines. Actively and effectively manage existing portfolio including pricing, product phase-out, product enhancements, sales, margin, and forecasting.
Manage the daily operations of the department and supervises staff to include; training, development, hiring and performance assessment. In collaboration with the Director develops, implements and monitors systems, policies and procedures to maintain and improve quality, cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Collaborates with Business Integration, Quality Process and Training, Operational Readiness, Business Planning and Business Intelligence, Marketing, Telecom / IVR to gather operational information and facilitate execution of all operational requirements.
