In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with preparation of the financial statements including footnote disclosures in compliance with GAAP and IFRS. Assisting with the coordination of external audits working with outside CPA firms. Will be assigned special projects.
In this role, the selected candidate will maintain expense accrual budgets, analyze budget-to-actuals, liaise with relevant departments on expense projections and allocations between deals or desks; coordinate with tax function in preparation of year-end tax return information as well as intra-year tax projections and planning based on accounting data.
