The Manager, Customer Service Reporting and Business will manage a team of 5 Business Intelligence developers and work closely with other groups such as the analytic, data and quality teams. The Manager, Business intelligence will report to the Sr. Manager Business Intelligence and Web Development.
In this position, you will be responsible for day-to-day project management activities in an agile environment including: project initiating, risk/issue resolution; project planning, budgeting, people planning, scope management and communication.
Manage customer experience to meet or exceed PODS customer satisfaction goals. This will include following up and resolving any identified issues, direct customer contact, refining operational processes and implementing remedial training in an effort to delight our customers.
