The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for the promotion and selling of Oldcastle Precast Stormwater engineered products in NY, NJ, and PA. The Technical Sales Representative will be a product expert and able to maintain existing relationships while growing the business through new channels and customers. Must be motivated and a self-starter while working in a team atmosphere and utilizing the internal support structures to provide excellent customer service. This position reports to the Director of the Eastern Region.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum sales volume of our products and services, manages all aspects of the Midwest sales function including inside sales, outside sales and cooperation with the customer service team.
In this role, you will be responsible to maintain accurate, detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the potential of each account in territory, as well as, prepare and conduct regular business reviews to impact customer growth opportunities.
In this role, the selected candidate will effectively communicates and builds a strong relationship with international customer base through timely response to customer inquiries regarding inventory and production, lead times, shipments, pricing, product and technical knowledge and various other inquiries; acts as a conduit for researching and directing inquiries correctly.
