The engineer will be knowledgeable in Information Assurance practices and have knowledge regarding the use of security tools (e.g., Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) compliance or Lockheed Martin LMI standards) to scan and maintain GPS computer resource accreditations.

To be successful in the position the candidate must be able to develop regression test objectives and plans, develop test procedures, execute testing, and document the findings. The candidate must be able to support and trouble shoot the software configuration/baseline issues during integration and installation phases.
Work with participating BMDS elements to define test architecture and operational procedures, dentify test requirements, objectives, and data collection points to meet specified technical performance measurement and system capability specification goals.
