Additionally, you own the strategy for driving Healthgrades parternships with reputation, listing and practice management platforms and transforming the way physicians, practices and hospitals leverage their patient ratings & reviews content.

Monitor and analyze performance of assigned product(s) or research areas, as well as customers, and be accountable to drive strategies to improve customer satisfaction, facilitate sales, and drive growth and profitability.
Work with leadership and across teams to continuously improve service delivery in key areas (critical incident management, business continuity, security, communications services for other departments, regional Service Desk needs).
Oversee research reporting process, including: maintain industry research library, managing relationships with data providers, creating and distributing summaries of research reports and coordinate research budget within CSIM and the broader company relationships.
