Direct and oversee client onboarding process exceeding start up goals for the Company. Activities include, but are not limited to: utilization of project management tools, scheduling software, and customer relations manager.
In this role, the selected candidate will lead the change management process of the productivity program; influencing will be key as cross functional collaboration will drive the value and success of the productivity platform.
This role is accountable for the development and implementation of the GPLM's product line strategic plan, including market/competitive analysis and identifying strategic initiatives that drive profitable growth.
Define and develop custom reporting and delivers regular operations reviews that illustrate network performance by highlighting positive performance trends and identifying areas for service improvement opportunities.
Identify opportunities to grow revenue and improve margin through the introduction of adjacent services, development of incremental capabilities, new product packages/bundles, improvements to service delivery and support, and supporting key sales opportunities.
Informs and assists with gathering information to translate high-level process goals into specific sub-processes with appropriate documentation, develop communication plan for stakeholders and process participants.
