Developing and executing category and negotiation strategies that leverage global spend and support regional requirements including: establishing targets and benchmarking for savings, developing and managing negotiations and contract renewal schedules and cadence.
Evaluates, selects, monitors and maintains relationships with vendors. Performs analysis of purchasing needs, including analysis of costs and performance. Forecasts supply requirements, issues periodic reports on trends, and negotiates pricing, discounts, and contracts.
Create sourcing strategies withcross-functional teams to identify opportunities for total cost of ownership reductions through, for example: competitive bidding, smarter supplier relationships, and more efficient processes
This leader will achieve business results across our resorts and segments, inject innovation and thought leadership into a broad set of procurement activities, and develop procurement team members. Working with this leader will be one direct report.
