As a part of the Service Delivery Success Center, works directly with other Service Delivery team members to identify and resolve complex order issues, to reduce order defects/rework and cycle times, will be primarily answering calls, handling Ping-Pong Tracker (PPT), and work with data and trends to develop process improvements.
Develops requirements for complex process or system solutions within assigned business domain(s) by interfacing stakeholders and appropriate it teams (for example, solutions delivery, infrastructure, enterprise architecture) and leading junior team members in the development process as appropriate.
Attends client meetings to conduct in depth discovery on the customers current and future states and positive business outcomes; acts as a key member of account teams with sales and other internal stakeholders for our enterprise and mid-market customers.
Research and analyze prospect needs and strategic direction to determine how to best align our solution and service offerings. As a result, create and effectively communicate value proposition/ROI for the client such that assigned territory sales objectives are met.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in meeting license revenue targets through executing a business driven sales methodology that links solutions with prospects business drivers.
