The DMP Solution Consultant role is focused on developing solutions which help clients realize the value from their customer data by informing outbound Digital Media targeting as well as inbound channel personalization.
In this role, you will engage in various presales activities including needs analysis, solution development, product demonstrations, business case and financial justifications, executive presentations, proposal responses, and overall collaboration on the selling process with the sales team.
In this role, you will participate in business building activities (e.G. Conference participation, thought leadership development, market offering development, recruiting, asset development) and author case studies / white papers for internal and market consumption.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for responding to client and prospect inquiries related to payment features/functionality in a rapid manner by communicating effectively with re-sale partners.
