In this role, the selected candidate will provide leadership as it relates to providing direction and building support and vision of the SFDC platform, assisting with the ongoing evaluation of add-ons, improving the internal support structures through oversight of a team of Developers.
The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the CRM platform. This position requires the ability to be a self-starter and work with a team.
The ideal candidate will participate in all phases of the Salesforce solution lifecycle delivery including: identifying/defining a need, designing solutions, constructing the chosen solution, and validating/implementing/supporting the solution by utilization of an Agile delivery model.
In this role, the selected candidate will be tasked with navigating the Salesforce technical landscape and designing, implementing, and launching a working technical solution that meets client expectations.
