In this role, the selected candidate will own the process of providing / selling sponsorship opportunities to the firms assigned to the Product Manager and grow the revenue received from these firms (sponsorships for TDAI events National LINC; Elite LINC; Regional Events & Workshops; etc.)
The RM is responsible for delivering proactive, consultative client service and advice, with the objective of driving client satisfaction, optimizing client retention and growing their book of business.
In this role, the candidate will mentor and coach less tenured or newly hired Account Manager associates on product knowledge, process and procedures and relationship skills. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Analyzes portfolio credit quality and assists relationship manager in presenting credit requests to credit approval. Identifies cross-sell opportunities with customers and making appropriate referrals.
