In this role, you will maintain overview of district recruitment goals and needs including the actual, expected loss, and over-recruitment needs as well as the amount of staff in training and the recruitment pipeline.
The recruitment coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting recruitment activities including, but not limited to: applicant sourcing, screening, applicant tracking system management, travel arrangements, interview scheduling, and recruiter support.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure the quality, professionalism and consistency of the recruitment process for the entire district and takes an active role in this process; work with District ROTD to plan, budget and follow up on open houses, networking events, etc.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for working with smart, innovative people youll be recognized and rewarded for delivering first class services with the highest client satisfaction all while ensuring the candidate experience is industry leading.
In this role, you will coordinate and schedule all interviews (onsite, Skype, and telephone) with recruiters, applicants and hiring managers, including reserving conference rooms and confirming hiring manager debrief meetings after the interviews.
