Responsible for Physician Recruitment, Retention and Contracting consistent with Centura Health's strategic plan and service line business plans, achieving annual goals and objectives, recruiting new physicians, developing relationships with physicians.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide recommendations for recruitment and selection strategy and long-term planning; understand the labor market, anticipates shortages and how availability of candidates will affect the company's ability to recruit qualified applicants.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with client hiring managers, various applicant tracking systems, HR analytics, RPO delivery, and end-to-end support of the recruitment process.
In this role, you will need effective interpersonal and communications skills. You will work both independently and as part of a team. You will work with confidential information and will need to maintain confidentiality.
Responsible for recruitment activities focused on attracting and efficiently hiring qualified and competent staff various health care areas. Includes the development and implementation of recruitment plans, position advertising and marketing, and sourcing and screening of applicants.
Develop, plan and execute passive and active sourcing strategies for multiple, concurrent searches including using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referral, campus recruiting, etc. Manage, prioritize and close searches.
