In this role, you will be responsible for managing on and offshore teams through agile activities, project delivery, and automation development. He / She will also drive, stakeholder, and improve Processes & Procedures promoting efficiencies across Dev/Test teams.
The successful candidate will set priorities, drive continuous improvement, establish goals and metrics for the team of Pediatric QA Project Leaders. The Project Manager will work with cross-functional peers and managers ensure product quality and efficacy throughout shelf life and drive the performance of thePediatric Design Assurance Team.
The QC Manager oversees activities assigned to the Quality Control (QC) group, and manages a group of analysts within the QC group. Implements and manages procedures, processes, instruments and equipment to support QC operations. Ensures QC operations are in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and other regulatory guidance.
In this role, the selected candidate will analyze data, prepare reports and make recommendations to the Senior Management team about process/improvements, process controls, data analysis, continuous improvement, corrective actions, and other topics as requested.
