The Cheese Supervisor will provide guidance and direction to the cheese department employees on shift. Make solid decisions pertaining to product quality, department safety, and department efficiency. Facilitate employee training and hold employees accountable for their responsibilities.
In this role, you will plan and manage the day to day allocation of resources (equipment, people, materials and systems) in order to efficiently, safely and cost effectively achieve performance targets.
In this role, the selected candidate will ensure consistent and effective use of resources, tools and processes; provide resident technical matter expertise, and real-time technical support services to design, construction and operations field forces.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the total production process including continual monitoring of the total product flow, equipment, process methodology, mechanical repair work orders, on-the-job training of employees, writing and developing standard operating procedures (SOP), product quality, product yields and safety excellence.
