In this role, you will be responsible for plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment and training for patients suffering from various injuries, illnesses and functional disabilities to attain highest level of physical function.
The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluation and physical therapy treatment; responsible for the direct or indirect provision of individualized care based on the assessed age and developmental needs.
Responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular re-education. Utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. Assumes personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.
Under a physician's order, performs the following within scope of practice and federal guidelines:
evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
