In this role, the selected candidate will
collaborate with product marketing and sales leadership to determine the optimal plan to maximize the success and ROI on key product launches in the marketplace. Lead the cross-functional launch process for product and service introductions and inline releases.
Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Plans and executes marketing strategies and programs based on a deep familiarity and understanding of the customer's products, markets and strategic goals.
Maintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ, maintains a courteous, Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Compassion, and faithfully upholds Compassions ministry in prayer.
Develop of the go to market strategy for the all Enterprise product areas including value propositions, messages, positioning statements and commercial insights. Identify product-specific applications and develop target customer user personas and profiles.
Establish global and overall divisional pricing strategy, allowing for strong regional/localized pricing flexibility; pricing strategies to include considerations for all divisions/vertical market strategies and positions
Lead the brainstorm and ideation process, collaborate with research, interactive and product to obtain data and insights that shape a compelling story and create programs that win business, RFP response & pro-active active opportunities.
Develop and implement acquisition strategy and calendar outlining key campaigns and programs to support lead generation goals. Provide ongoing team updates on campaign components and implementation progress to plan.
Optimize and implement best practices across all digital marketing programs, including: SEM, SEO, display, mobile, video, and social, with a focus on driving new student acquisition, engagement and conversion.
Leads, in conjunction with the Retail leadership team and COO, the development and execution of annual and seasonal business planning processes which facilitate the ability to develop and execute thoughtful, focused and disciplined marketing and communication plans in conjunction with the Merchant, Retail Operations, Resort and Corporate Marketing teams.
