This role combines two primary functions: (50%) support for in-bound sales inquiries; primarily from channel, and (50%) lead generation, via executing outbound calling and email campaigns to develop leads for channel and outside sales.
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the software team including planning, tasking, performance feedback, conflict resolution, determining needed staffing levels and developing position requisitions.
