The Inside Area Sales Manager-STS is responsible for the leadership, profitability, growth and direction of all Technology and Managed Print Service sales activity throughout inside account management (IAM). This individual manages the technology business plan within the IAM sales center in Maitland, FL including targeting strategies, product penetration, and margin management.
Manager Inside Sales I is the first level of management, directly responsible for the work activities of assigned team. Staff may consist of skilled, specialty non-exempts and/or developing professionals or career professionals with specific objectives.
Build and refine post-sales and reporting processes as part of continuous improvement efforts; lead the activities of sales team, including hiring, coaching, developing talent, team culture and performance management in a Saas, ARR, or MRR revenue environment.
