Work with leadership and across teams to continuously improve service delivery in key areas (critical incident management, business continuity, security, communications services for other departments, regional Service Desk needs).
Strong project manager/coordinator who can communicate with applications and infrastructure teams. Will be working on a Disaster Recovery effort that is wrapping up, but will be ensuring all are aware of the details and all in alignment.
You will typically manage multiple projects, including new Managed Lanes implementations, new tolling equipment implementations, IT projects, security and disaster recovery projects, facilities remodeling projects, and other cross-functional projects.
Leads the long term program planning effort, including the overall implementation strategy, scope of deliverables and delivery dates, definition of major program/project milestones, and cost/benefit. Ensures alignment with strategy, operational objectives, policy and standards - identify and leverage synergies to other initiatives.
