In this role, you will develop and implements operational approach to HR processes in North America, partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR Generalists. Regularly reviews processes for improvement and standardization, identifies opportunities, and provides recommendations.
In this role, you will be responsible to supportday to day benefits and retirement processes to include outsourced vendor management. Process all employee actions in the hris system such as hires, terminations, transfers, compensation changes, personal changes.
In this role, you will coordinate and attend career fairs, receive, review, and screen applications and resumes, communicate application status to applicants, approve background checks and verify drug test and physical results.
