In this role, you will perform tasks to establish and maintain employee/payroll records. Duties may include checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards, maintaining time and attendance records, entering new hires into the payroll system, posting changes in pay and tax status, and miscellaneous changes.
Coordinate, administer and report on various human resource programs, system and procedures to aid in the attraction, retention and motivation of associates in accordance with policies, procedures and government laws and regulations. Daily administration of various benefit, government and associate relations programs. Recommends procedural/process changes.
The Human Resources Coordinator is a hands-on representative of the Human Resources department whose job is to help facilitate all basic Human Resources functions including teammate onboarding, HR Administration, sales credentialing for vendors, and maintenance of all personnel files.
