This position is responsible for providing Human Resources support for the regional team and store management for multiple retail locations. Scope will include: performance management, positive associate relations, talent development, recruitment and retention strategies, policy and procedure support, and strategic human resources planning.
The Human Resources Manager will perform a broad range of duties (ranging from the majority being administrative processing to, at times, strategic/advisory) related to employee benefits, the ADP Workforce Now HRIS system and reporting, worker's compensation, and medical/Leave issues in the workplace (FMLA/ADA).
Support key stakeholders to improve organizational capability, determine training & development needs, resolve employee relations issues, be an active change champion, and contribute to the achievement of operating plan objectives.
Assist in the development, documentation and recommendation of continuous improvement of HR processes, procedures or programs to deliver innovative solutions to meet customer's needs through business partner relationships.
Responsible for partnering with assigned client organizations and Human Resources team(s) to ensure strategies and initiatives are met; coordinate recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation, and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources.
