The Payroll & HR Manager is responsible for performing all aspects of payroll processing and various HR administrative and generalist tasks including, recruiting, job postings, on-boarding, and benefit administration.
The HR Manager provides leadership for both strategic and day-to-day HR functions, including but not limited to: employee relations, staffing, performance management, labor relations, total reward systems, learning and development, change management, organizational development, leadership coaching, succession planning, and data tracking and analytics.
The HRIPO Team is primarily responsible for all operational activities and project management support for the various HR functions. The HRIPO Sr. Team Manager will manage the Project Manager staff within the organization, across multiple geographies. This role will report to a Managing Director of the HRIPO.
In this role, you will manage hourly/management employee recruiting and hiring processes. Audits departments work product, ensuring compliance of all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
Work within a matrixed organization. Responsible for ensuring effective and timely communication and collaboration occurs between stakeholders. Reports directly to the Vail Area HR Director (HRD) with dotted line to the Beaver Creek HRD and Eagle County Hospitality VP, and has accountability to the Hospitality HRD.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of recruiters in support of providing recruiting services to for designated centralized HR administrative services to company managers and employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively supporting all aspects of strategic and tactical HR support - providing strategic and operational HR advice, coaching, development and support to the functional businesses; and serving as a point of contact for all people related issues.
In this role, the selected candidate will provide leadership and support to managers and associates on policy interpretation and other associate relations matters, including, but not limited to: Performance Management, Internal Administrative Investigations and Training.
Provide direction, guidance and counseling to the management team on best practices, policies, and regulations to ensure compliance, employee engagement, workforce planning and appropriate handling of all other HR-related issues.
