In this role, you will be responsible for providing cooperative leadership and managing processes to ensure the hotel meets and maintains all Company expectations in regard to Quality, Service, Profit, and Teamwork.
In this role, you will assist the General Manager in achieving successful operations at a location including production, sales, customer service, inventory management, delivery, human resources, safety and administrative activities. Plans and directs these functions in order to meet operational and financial goals for the location.
As the General Manager you will create an environment of outstanding customer service. You will drive sales and profit through execution of an overall store strategy; including leading and engaging the team and delivering on operational excellence standards.
In this role, the selected candidate will
develop and execute solution area promotion plan utilizing a variety of tactics: email, outbound calling, events (conferences, webinars, roadshows), online advertising, digital, content syndication, video.
The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonalds critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. These standards are high, so this is a big job! The General Manager works with his/her leader to set the restaurants goals and creates a plan to achieve the goals.
