Support growth by being the product evangelist with channel stakeholders. Ensure that sales, client management and other relevant teams clearly understand and are able to articulate value propositions, product positioning and key differentiators.
Provide detailed requirements to operations, it and network systems infrastructure teams to support the development of new unified communications and voice connectivity product features and capabilities.
This role will oversee and set the priorities for the Channel Operations initiatives across all domains, ensuring channel representation in cross functional improvement projects and management meetings, and drive accountability and cadence of channel operation activities, responsibilities, reports and deliverables. In addition, this leader will work closely with the VP Global Channel and Enterprise to define and operationalize the 3-year Channel strategy for the company, ensuring it is implemented across all regions through the Channel Business team.
Build and maintain professional relationships with internal personnel and external partners including key opinion leaders, scientific advisory board members, project physicians, principal investigators, and licensing partners.
Responsible for training and development of reporting staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies.
The Director of Digital Build is chartered with driving several high functioning teams that deliver these key products to our clients. This means ensuring they: manage to key metrics, drive efficiency across and within teams, create long-term strategies for growth, liaison closely with product teams on new POCs and launches of new products and partner with our technology organization to improve tooling and systems.
