This position will independently handle assigned projects and be required to meet firm deadlines independently, assist the Tribal One and our Joint Venture staff in all administrative and clerical tasks relating to the production of business reports, processes, procedures, and other documentation.
The ideal for us would be to find a candidate that is either from the area or wants to relocate to the Norfolk area; work from our main office for an extended period until they are acclimated to us and our systems and vice versa.
Defining comprehensive plans for large, complex, highly technical projects that cover the following: phased delivery plan; resource requirements; project costs, project schedule; risk assessment and mitigation; opex and capital budget requirements; team structure and accountability matrix; project governance and reporting.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of shop operations, including, but not limited to grounds maintenance, mechanic/fleet manager, inventory and general repairs and improvements to shop and property.
The Construction Manager plans, supervises and coordinates all tasks in the homebuilding process, ensuring the project gets completed on time and within budget. Additional responsibilities include managing trade partners and ensuring quality control and safety.
In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the completion of construction documents and assure accordance with lease and/or contract requirements; work with the city to obtain permits /entitlements.
In this role, you will assist project teams with reconstruction services, establish & train on VC procedures and techniques, and help coordinate / allocate appropriate resources for projects delegating responsibility.
