The HR Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring organizational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements especially in the areas of drug and alcohol testing, pilot records, and background checks.
In this role, the selected candidate will review retail and institutional communications and provide relevant and actionable advice to effect compliance with regulatory and firm standards; participate early and often in the processes for proposed and forthcoming marketing and large project initiatives.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop, establish and maintain quality compliance programs, policies, and procedures and controls to ensure that safety, quality, identity, potency, and purity of products conform to established standards, agency regulations and guidelines, and industry compliance trends.
In this role, the selected candidate will prepare and submit ITI Governance documents to program manager for review, including following documents: business case, decision point, and project overview presentation with realization team wheel.
This role will be responsible for collecting, synthesizing, analyzing, monitoring and disseminating data related to TIAAs recruiting and selection practices and processes in adherence with Affirmative Action, Equal Employment.
This position will primarily focus on supplier performance, quality agreement negotiation and maintenance, deviation/investigation support, capa follow up, for cause audits, supplier relationship management and interaction with other sister site supplier quality representatives in support of corporate objectives for new harmonized sqm processes and procedures.
