The Service Center Manager is responsible for coordinating all activities within their assigned service centers, delivering positive operational performance results and leading & coordinating the operations team.
In this role, you will direct and manages cross-functional, cross - organizational teams in the development of RTM strategy and GTM programs and plans associated with key products and solutions and manages communications to facilitate projects and ensure timely delivery.
In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing direction and leadership to the system technical department while maintaining system integrity and overseeing operations of service maintenance, warehousing, engineering for existing system, purchasing, budgeting, staff development, business plan development, deployment of new products, and assisting with capital projects.
Create, train, and coach a successful sales team through the development of associates with the primary goal to serve the clients' total financial needs resulting in greater market share, wallet share, and profitability.
Ensure the maintenance of fiscal reporting procedures within center, including accounts receivable, inventory reports, daily sales recaps, and daily bank deposits in full compliance with established company policies.
In this role, the selected candidate will identify requirements, develop specifications, and validate enhancements to platform; coordinate investigation efforts with appropriate resources across the company.
