Responsible for supporting unlimited end users/groups in a global environment to solve business problems with available technology including hardware, software functionality, and peripherals, while considering the business implications of the technology to the current and future business environments.
Provide business analysis and support for Network Operations: Generate routine and ad hoc reports along with creation and presentation of quality dashboards that provide operational visibility to the business unit(s).
As an Operational Due Diligence Analyst in CSIAs operational due diligence group, you will follow research processes and procedures in performing operational due diligence on investment managers (mutual funds, separately managed accounts, and ETFs)
Work with field offices, repair shops, and supply chain vendors as necessary to resolve daily repair & maintenance events and questions, which may include review and analysis of individual repair events or proactively working with local office field management in regards to management of their fleet repair & maintenance processes overall and as part of ongoing business.
