In this role, you will be responsible for directing the overall activities of an ICS Branch to serve customers in its target markets, foster top line revenue growth, earn an acceptable rate of return on sales, maintain growth targets and profitability, and develop and grow our employees.
The Branch Manager recognizes and anticipates the needs of the branch to meet budget goals and comply with all banking laws and regulations. Branch Managers actively coach, lead and motivate employees, directing them to effectively identify the financial needs of our customers.
In this role, you will plan, implement and manages the operating and capital budgets to maximize branch profitability. The selected candidate will also document and communicate individual compliance performance in annual staff evaluations.
In this role, you will be responsible to build a client base of high net worth households by prospecting and developing new client relationships, and maintain and manage long term client relationships.
