In this role, the selected candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively within all departments of the company; leading the company's sales and marketing team members and ensuring that R&D and Manufacturing are properly putting the voice of the customer in the forefront of all activities.
In this role, you will generate benchmark/goals for retail physical/digital promotional planning including seasonal sales, annual sales and potential new opportunities; oversee bi-weekly field forecast calls to provide direction and insights from field plans.
