The Field Training Manager is a key member of the Global Talent Development team. Their brand focus is to design and execute innovative programs and experiences that support and grow our Stores Teams. They are responsible for ensuring the management development, on boarding and core training is executed consistently throughout all stores in the brand.
Develop curriculum for training of enterprise customers, service provider partners and channel partners; training covers pre-sales, sales, use cases, implementation, troubleshooting and technical support.
