Preparation and/or review of accurate and timely consolidated US GAAP quarterly and annual tax provision calculations and SEC footnotes and disclosures, including preparation and/or review of effective tax rate, tax balance sheet accounts, uncertain tax positions and footnote disclosures.

This position will be responsible for the Companys tax compliance and be an integral part of the Accounting and Finance team. This person will be hands-on for all topics related to tax and coordinate with the Companys outside tax firm for all of our corporate tax needs.
As part of this group, you will analyze proposed transactions for unusual tax risks or undetermined tax benefits, advise clients on tax-efficient restructurings, interpret complex legislative and regulatory actions relating to corporate and partnership transactions, perform financial analysis to assess the tax consequences of specific transactions, assist clients with regulatory and legislative initiatives, and prepare for client review submission requests for private letter rulings and technical advice from the IRS.
Develop processes and procedures to identify credit & incentive opportunities within existing client base and distribution channels, including the Federal Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) and specific state hiring and training credits.
Responsible for coordinating with and training local country controllers on preparation of local country provision income tax provisions or coordinating with third party vendors on preparation of local country provisions.
