In this role, you will be responsible for
administering the college recruitment program for assigned clients. Identifies requisite curriculum, skills, and competencies, identify target educational institutions with appropriate student population and curriculum; establishes rapport with college officials and guidance counselors to provide a free-flow of information; ensure appropriate level of "branding"; ensure program is effective and yields best hires.
In this role, you will assist with process definition and improvement related projects to ensure the effectiveness and high service delivery of the team. In addition, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with leadership from Talent Acquisition, HR and the business to ensure short and long term recruitment needs are met while remaining compliant with internal and external regulations.
In this role, you will be responsible to assists developing standard guidelines and procedures for the talent acquisition department. Responds to inquiries from external/internal applicants and provides troubleshooting and support. This includes requests for password resets, candidate inquiries about positions or candidates and managers requiring assistance with the application process.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for providing the highest level of Talent Acquisition services to Quality Systems Inc. leaders and associates. This position delivers high quality professional and executive-level candidates, and advances the Quality Systems Inc. brand across numerous markets and professional communities, while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the Quality Systems Inc. selection process.
In this role, you will partner with Managers to obtain and confirm search requests that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, environmental conditions, compensation, target audience (internal and/or external), timeframes, etc.
