The Associate Recruiter / Business Development Manager opportunity enables driven individuals to use their successful business experience, entrepreneurial spirit, drive and commitment to expand our established practice and services.
Working closely with the Head of Global Talent Acquisition, you will manage, create, and provide advanced recruiting analytics from data extracted from our ATS and HRIS systems. This will include developing spreadsheets, analytics, metrics, graphs, & aesthetically pleasing data presentations for use in executive briefings.
Work with Account Managers to identify top accounts, target skill sets, key market segments, and to assess clients' staffing requirements. Recommend updates to current recruiting practices based on market research and new trends.
Your recruiting attention will be spread across 3 offices and in two countries, and for engineering, marketing, and sales positions; setup and maintain ATS and ensure that it is the single source of truth for all things recruiting related.

In this role, the selected candidate will provide customer service & counsel clients on strategy to attract & on-board talent; educate clients on current national and local market trends surrounding employment conditions, technical salary ranges and local variances.

This role will be responsible for strategic management of a team of roughly 8 recruiters and one recruiting coordinator, and strategic partnership to local Operating leadership to ensure recruiting drives business results.
The best candidate will draw on extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and all the functional areas of the business, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and their HR counterparts.
