In this role, you must have supply chain project/program manager experience, including robust PM methodology and/or PMP certification. Understanding of cGMPs (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Experience in biotech, pharmaceuticals and/or over-the-counter drug manufacturing highly preferred.
Work with Buyers & Creative Services teams to produce an event of high marketing, storytelling & sales power for our partners; managing submitted Purchase Orders for optimal ship windows based on promotion schedule and payment terms.
Conduct communications with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to build effective long-term relationships typically with high level contacts in internal, customer, and vendor organizations.
Negotiates or supervises the negotiation of complex requests for equipment, supplies, and services from suppliers and subcontractors; calculates costs of orders, and charges or forwards invoices to appropriate personnel.
The ideal candidate will be an integral part of Supply Chain Management with our production programs; being a core performer in Supply Chain will require interface with program leadership, engineering, production control, customers and of course the supply base.
