In this role, the selected candidate will work closely with Post production houses and provide support and training on how to use Adobe Software; Be an a dvocate for your customer and recommend feature and fixes that improve their workflow.
This position will be responsible for providing QA support for various banking projects including development of QA strategy, resource estimates, test plans, test cases and test data, managing test execution, and status reporting.
In this role, the selected candidate will develop and maintain strong working relationships with key customer contacts; attend customer meetings and reports status of open issues to appropriate internal/external entities.
The successful candidate will help drive our software and system quality by working with both the software and hardware teams on the development of Test Plans, tests and methodologies for finding problems before they surface.
The candidate will be driving capability analysis on development and released product, initiating, participating and driving corrective action, analyzing measurable for standard work, and will develop implementation methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
In this role, you will have strong multitasking skills and be comfortable working with cross functional teams to get the desired results. Familiarity with shell, python, and obj-c scripting is highly encouraged.
