In this role, you will manage a manufacturing maintenance team for the daily maintenance and alteration of chemical manufacturing equipment, machinery and building structures for the plant and champion proactive versus reactive manufacturing maintenance practices and develop preventative maintenance practices, ensure effective utilization of the CMMS system, and use continuous improvement concepts to promote overall plant safety, product quality and environmental and sustainability initiatives.
