In this role, the selected candidate will monitor delivery of messaging/content versus pre- established strategic framework; develop closed-loop post- analysis for assigned programs or projects and recommend indicated actions to manager.
The Variation Reduction Project Manager works with the Chief Medical Office, VP, Director, Program Manager, Project Managers, leadership from our hospitals, physician organizations and IPAs, staff, physicians and other Sutter Health colleagues to develop, launch and monitor Variation Reduction projects.
In this role, you will prepare and maintains accurate, coherent, timely, and auditable project records / files, and cost estimates with department procedures; and ensures that space inventory reports are complete.
In this role, the selected candidate must have ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with widely diverse groups, including individuals at all levels both within and outside the organization and gain their cooperation.
In this role, you will support, plan and implement clinical protocols and practice management guidelines; monitors the care of hospital patients; coordinates process, performance and quality improvement activities as they relate to nursing and other health care providers; supports marketing and promotion of the Stroke Service.
