The Product Communications, Marketing & Training Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training, marketing and communication programs and activities for Treasury Management and Datafaction products and services.
Define and develop appropriate content, collateral and programs to grow awareness, educate market and drive successful end user engagements. Competitive analysis, messaging and tools to successfully handle objections in the sales process.
Drive operational excellence in the Business Marketing organization through identification and execution of opportunity areas that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or create improved processes and approaches to the business.
In this role, the selected candidate will create and coordinate event logistics documentation, show-flows where appropriate, event timelines, speaker and executive communications, budgets and other critical materials.
Create relevant marketing content and to ensure accurate delivery of the value proposition to clients including thought leadership in field service, IoT (Internet of Things), customer and partner vision and strategies in compliment to the company and the field service industry.
Develops HCP focused NPP tactics including but not limited to, websites, email marketing, digital / print media plan, SEO / SEM; ensuring that they meet the strategic objectives outlined in the annual business plan
This position will manage product launches to generate market awareness and will manage the planning and delivery of customer-facing marketing and sales materials such as product presentations, case studies, landing pages, and blog posts.
