Develop process chambers for vacuum drying ink, uv curing ink, cooling or heating substrates. Work with process development groups to help develop required hardware. Design and build prototype hardware as well as final product.
The position is responsible for product design, development, test and assembly. The chosen candidate should have a proven track record of developing initial complex system concepts into qualified hardware. The candidate should be both an expert in design and also comfortable evaluating designs in a hands-on lab environment. The candidate will regularly communicate and coordinate with cross-functional team members.
Designs products, processes, tooling and / or equipment that meet customer needs, technical design goals and Regulatory / Quality requirements with OEM / Purchased Medical Device / Contract Manufacturing Suppliers.
As a Senior Plumbing Design Engineer, you will work on a variety of projects, from small to large, providing a very high level of technical leadership in plumbing design. You will represent the Firm in all interactions with clients, contractors, architects and other project team members.
This is a high level position that requires working independently, developing functional requirements, and executing on the design with input from other engineering groups such as Electrical, Software, and Print Technology.
Coordinate validation activities with, and seeks team supports from, Validation, Development, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, third Parties, and other groups on validation projects to ensure validation projects are carried out on time and on budget.
This position will support existing manufacturing to ensure continuity, monitor compliance, perform technical assessments of nonconforming product, implement process improvements to improve quality and throughput, and support development of new processes in our Irvine, CA facility.
Initiate, communicate and coordination with vendor and stakeholders for updates and patches to the application. Lead investigations, analysis and problem solving activities related to design and process deficiencies.
